Boat Bar — Unable to track order and order not received even after the payment is done.

I ordered two earbuds with which one was free. I also made a payment of Rs.630 to the company through PayU Payments private limited. I have placed an order on 9th June and still I haven't received my order. Even I'm unable to track my order as the page keeps showing something went wrong.
I kindly request to check the issue and if it is an act of Fraud I demand to refund my money.
