Respected Sir/Madam,
I would like to draw your kind attention on the incident I have faced. I had bought 131 boat headphones from the cashify outlet situated at Laal Ganga Shopping Mall Raipur. Invoice of the same is enclosed for ready reference. After 2 months these headphones were not working properly. I had contacted the cashify outlet for resolve the problem. They said, we are not responsible for any problem and you may contact to service center of boat. However, we will submit your headphones along with invoice to service center of boat for replacement of the same.
Thus I had given my original invoice along with damaged headphones to representative of cashify outlet situated at Laal Ganga Shopping Mall Raipur. He had ensured me to collect the headphones after replacement.
I had visited that cashify outlet 3 times but no any call & response received from the outlet. Finally he told me forget your headphones.
So, sir I am complaining about his behavior and I still not received my headphones back. Kindly take any suitable action for resolving the issue.
