I have ordered an Airpod on June 9, 2022 on boat nirvana site. I have recieved a confirmation mail that my order is on the way. But after these many days, there is no response from them and no other mail have been came regarding my order. When they send the confirmation mail, they have included a link to track my order. Initially that link was working, but now that link is not working, showing that the store is unavailable. They have also included a Mail ID to contact in case of any queries. But now it is showing that the mail id is not available. Money has been deducted from my account. Atleast they could refund the amount which has been deducted. Please find a solution for the issue.
