Sir, this is in regard to Drainage block on Road No.5, RTC Colony, Chengicherla. I am residing in H.No.4-102, Drainage connected from my house man-hole is blocked it seems and it requires your immediate attention to depute your men for clearing the drainage please. It is to bring to your notice that earlier 2 weeks your men were working on Road No.5, nearer to house, but they were not attended for clearing the drainage block while we approahced your men and they said you shall register a complaint, individually.
