Submitted application for Life Certificate at BOI, Ramakrishnapuram Branch, Secunderabad, on 07th Nov 2022. At the time of submission, they said that their ‘fingerprint’ device was not working for online registration. They had accepted a manual application with Adhaar & PPO copies. Later, whenever contacted (at no.[protected] they say that due to lack of staff, it will be delayed. They also said very curtly that it will be done by 30th Nov’22, (which is the last date for submission of life cert.)
This is very awkward & not acceptable.
The BOI also asks my a/c no & all details for registering a complaint. Is it necessary to identify myself for complaint? I am afraid. Was this information helpful? |
