The ninja Call pro max digital watch was Bought in September 2024 went bad after 4 months only. The inside magnet of watch failed and hence the usb magnetic head charger stopped sticking to watch socket thus charging stopped. Watch is lying unused. Since one month 80 mails have bene exchanged and several times phones made to customer service. NO response. every time precomposed mails are repeatedly sent asking information again and again and asking to repeatedly fill out online form. Zero action. Despite messaging director Arnav Kishore. No action. The call Centre wont lift phone but say link sent which never comes. if some time it connects, it will say fill online form. Hence fake customer service fake warranty. Nothing is done only mails sent again and again asking same information. The whole conduct is of fraudulent practice. All service centers closed.in Delhi no Centre. Non stop harassment and mails going on. Watch bought for health monitoring is lieing useless. Avoid this compnay and products. The entire process is fake. Shall give some ticket number and repeat it.
