I reached out to Bonito team on March 31st for my home interiors and here is a brief summary of what happened. I wanted to get a quotation and I clearly informed the team that I have not made up my mind and I will get back to Bonito team once I have made up my mind. Mr Vijay and Simhadri from Bangalore HRBR layout team convinced and gave me a written confirmation saying in any case If I were to opt out, my money will be refunded. They kept me in office till night 9:30PM and requested that I make the payment, I told them I will not be making payments unless I have made up my mind but they assured to give me full refund if I pull out. I have attached the email for your reference. Instead of getting started with 27000 as advance they asked for 80000 and as I was not aware of the process I proceeded to make the payment of 80000. I informed the team that I will not be proceeding with you guys after 15-20 days and team tried to convince me and requested for time to work on quotations. In this phase there is no design that is given to us nor a session happened with us. Looks like when we make the payment more than 27000 it is an approval for the designs provided by Bonito. We were not informed of this as well. Team wanted to probably show the numbers on the year end sales and made a fool out us for their benefits. Mr Vijay[protected] has even stopped answering my calls and he was the sales head is what I heard. I have tried to reach him on multiple occasions and was pushed back saying there is nothing he could do to help. Chandan from relationship manager team reached out to me once and ever since he has also stopped responding to my calls and messages.
From May 21st I have tried to make every attempt and have come down to your branch a couple of times only to be pushed back by saying they can't do anything about a refund. We have not gotten anything done from you guys, when I say this I really mean it, there is no design, there is no session or renders etc..
The team cheated us saying they are only taking money to get started with the design and I will have an option of pulling out for full refund. I have been very considerate and trusted an esteemed organization to live up to their promises. But looks like they are non sense too just like their employees, Was this information helpful? |
