Boodmo.com — refund not got

I order boodmo Engine Oil on 25 jan . Order No #2501/[protected] . Time over and i cancle the order and 4 time mail to CC. They reply we got delay soon we cancle order and refund but after that they did not give any confermation msg or call. I want refund my amount.

I order a clock spring for my car, and they said that they will deliver the package within 10 days, but they keep extend the delivery time... So i cancel the product and i bought from local dealer. After 20 days the courier ask me to collect the package and i refuse. So the courier return the package and it was successful. But i was not het regund till date. Please help me...my order number is[protected]
