Boodmo (smart Parts Online Private Limited) — Order #[protected]-6342 wrong item sent but not ready to return

Order #[protected]-6342 was given to boodmo (Smart Parts Online Private Limited) on 24 Jan'25 13:15 and
Order Amount: 810.00 + Delivery Charge: ₹285.00 = Grand total : Rs 1095 for the purchase of 5 ltrs Blue coloured GoodYear coolant bootles(part no.: GYL1090001) but upon opening one of the coolant bottle, it was observed that the coolant's was not which was selected, ordered and paid for through boodmo app. as its color and composition was different (green coloured).
This type of coolant is not recommended by Honda City 2011 car manufacturer, neither ordered by the customer and was a blatant violantion of the sale contract between the customer and the seller(boodmo/ smart parts online private ltd.)
I contacted the boodmo's customer care within the return window and conveyed this issue to them . Initially they agreed that wrong item was supplied for the order and they will do the return and refund but after 3 or 4 days have passed, they neither refunded nor tried to return the wrong item sent by them.
They kept on harping that they will return the items in few days but after passing of more than 19 days they have excused themselves from returning the wrong item sent and now changed to new lie and excuse that their courier partner EComexpress does not take returns in my pincode area(another lie from their side) so i need to courier the wrong items to their address and then they will look into the refund and also since they are not responsible for sending the wrong item to me so they will refund only the 4 bottles only and not the one which i opened, believing them to have sent the right item. They have lied and excused themselves on multiple instances and never tried correcting the wrong done to me but they want me to believe them further and spend money and time in returning the items to their location.
THese scamsters at boodmo (Smart Parts Online Private Limited) are cheating innocent customers and selling anything to them and robbing customer of their hard earned money. They do not follow their own set of rules and have no ethics, integrity, honesty but are liars and fraudsters.
