I have placed the order for card unload order worth Euro 1324 on 19th July. After 35 calls to customer care invoice was generated on 26 July. No UTR reference no despite of repeated request. All customer care rep was saying, they will coordinate with concerned department and will share UTR reference code. But they are giving random reply and closing my complaint.I received the mail citing my order is completed and money is refunded to my account on 26 July. I had only received the mail and NO MONEY is credited to my account. I called up customer care 7 times. Each time they are saying, money will be credited to my account any time soon.
