On 16th august i booked and order to transfer 10165 CAD to canadian Bnk arount 2pm. Also deposited 2% online as required around 12668/-. On 17th aug at 10:30 i processed RTGS thru bank for the required amount. I was promised swift copy by 18th, in 12 hrs. No money was transfered on 17th. Then I was told the transfer would take on 18th and swift copy shared bu 11 am on 19th. After that the constant answer was they are checking with the bank. finally after several mails twitter phone calls I was given a time 0f 6-7 pm. No action. This is costing me heavily. The company refuses to compensate for the delay, as the rate has fallen and the diff is more than 5000/-. This is how they make money. The phone in helpline is never picked up.
