Date of the incident : 20.7.2015 I have ordered POWER BANK in "Book My Offer" company. And i will got the product after 10 days with defective conditions. At the time of booking product i seen on their website if the product is defective it will be replaced or amount will be refunded. So for that faith only i ordered. But when we received the product, power bank has not in working condition and also it is in broken condition. So immediately we tried to register complaint through phone which published in their website. phone was continuously disconnected after 2 min automatically. Till that two min also no response, i tried more than 10 times every time got the same response. Then tried to publish my complaint on their website. But when we click the option page shows" Wrong URL" are mistyped. Even we click only hyperlink of the website. Finally sent a mail to them, for the first mail we got the automated reply "Your query will be resolved with in 24 Hrs" even after 7 days there is no response. So from this complaint will help to create atleast such awarness to other peoples. Hence request you to don't buy any products on this website. Was this information helpful? | |||
