I have placed an order bearing order no. [protected] on book my offer website. As per my order I have demanded Samsung Power Bank, I have receive the Samsung power bank, but the said product which I got from the site is not in working condition. I have communicated with the customer support but no use, they have not responded me or any enquiry has been made to me regarding the replacement of product.
