Book My Offer — Product performance is very bad

I had ordered a power bank in Book My Offer on[protected] and recieved the order on[protected]. The Power Bank is fully charged but, it is not charging a single mobile also and it is discharging very quickly. It is a 10400mah power bank but it is not charging a single phone also.
