Samsung products charger, headphone and powerbank received more than a month before is not working. Your bookmyoffer is not responding to the emails sent nearly 6emails sent. Call nearly 100 times but no one are picking the phone. Nobody is responding to the complaints but if you order new product then it is quick. This is cheating cheating. Hope now at least come action will be taken
