[Resolved] Book My Offer — Wrong product i received

I bought a samsung power bank 20000mah and received the same on 04 Jun 16. Company had sent me the dummy item power bank. Product is not charging and i open there is no battery inside. Product is not the same which had been irdered3 by me. i paide Rs.580. and i called customer service center the call is not connecting. and i send lots of mail. still i am not received any update from them.
