I had received an packet from "bookmypacket.com" in March. My family had received this packet as name mentioned on it was of my mother and it was a COD order. Unknowing of the fact that no one in the family had ordered any thing from anyone or from bookmypacket.com . The order was a Fraud order, no one placed it in my family there was no mail regarding it nothing. It wasn't placed from any website or by any service provider or this Company. The packet had 2 different packet inside on some one else name. I tried contacting bookmypacket.com but there was no response. I had made various complaints on forums seeking help still no response. I tried contacting them person who's name was on parcel but it was a fake address and contact no. was not given . The courier company bookmypacket.com is a Fraud. They took my money.
