Book The Cart — Providing damage memory card or duplicate memory card

I saw a ad on facebook of bookthecart.com that a 32 gb samsung memory card is selling in rs 249( excluding shipping charge 100 also).I booked the product from this website.My ordered id was [protected] and i got it in 5-6 days.But the product was damaged.I filled a return request of the product on the website.They responded that their assistant will come in 5 to 7 days & collect the damaged product & refund the money as well.But now there is no site naming bookthecart.com.They are not answering the mail of mine.Pls help.& take strict action against these fraud peoples.
