I too had a very bad experience with the BookLeaf Team. My daughter published her 21 poems on 2nd Oct 2025. We were never given any Author preview option. After multiple follow ups through mails as they don't have any direct contact customer care no got the E-copy that too after 2 months on 24th Dec 2025. Strangely we were not given an Author copy so had to purchase it ( paid Rs 110) to see the contents. To our disappointment after being reviewed by the Bookleaf team for more than 2 months we found some publishing errors. For one poem the content was missing and for the other incorrect content was published. Also, nothing is free here first we had paid Rs 1999 just for the e-copy and then Rs 8000 + for publishing the book in Amazon.
When we informed the same to the Bookleaf team they acknowledged but are charging for another Rs 4300 for republishing again.
Why should we pay again when publishing errors are not our fault. Some action needs to be taken against them. Was this information helpful? |
