I am a writer and I came across this Bookleaf publishing on facebook, By seeing their ads and price, I got interested and paid the amount to them for publishing my book. Initially, they showed a great response. I submitted my poetries in their proforma/app & paid money as their demand .Thereafter, I started completing the cover pages but it/app did stop working.I could not complete the cover pages.I requested them to help to get out of the problem. They promised but never did.
I requsted them to refund the money I paid, they never refunded still today.I raised several tickets as per their instructions but nothing materialised. Everu time they express their SORRY.it does not help me.
When I ask about my book, they used to say "please raise the ticket on our website". I think I don’t remember exactly I paid them some 4999 or so.
Please help me to publish my book or get my money back.
