I have lost my forex card and i have been looking for refund since 2015 but i am unable to get any resolution. They have been asking me to call Axis bank, axis bank asks me to call book my forex and book my forex asks me to call Weizmann for the resolution. i have sent forms way back they told me it will take 3-5 business days its been more than 2 months. I have called them several time i have been informed that it will be taken care of but its like starting from the scratch over and over again. when i spoke with Axis bank they told me i don't need to get a replacement card in order to get the encashment where in i have been informed by these book my forex and weizmann to get the replacement card which i don't want anymore as i am in india and not planning to go abroad so it would be useless for me to get the multi currency card. I am really looking for a resolution. Looking forward for an answer.
