I had bought three combo of shorts costs for rs 449+additional rs 79 for shipping charges.So totally I paid rs 528 on COD payment.After opening the box I found all shorts which delevered is different from what they seen in advertisement.The quality of the shorts is too too worst it does not worth for rs 528 seems like fifth grade shorts and not worth like buying in platform.
I had mailed twice to customer care since then no reply yet.And I amtrying to call them on phone no provide [protected] and [protected], no one picking up the call.Seems to be fradulent number and fradulent company.
Pls I kindly I request you take an action about this.I furnish the order details and my phone no below-

The company first send me a mail in response to my complaint to them and said that action would be taken. But no action was taken. Then I made a complaint to you. After that the company called me and said that they could not transfer the refund money to my account due to server problem and told me to send my ATM card number for refund. But I did not agree to send my ATM card no. I want my money to be refunded to my bank account only, not to my ATM card. Their mobile no. is 07289909302 and e-mail ID is [email protected].
