I ordered jbl flip 3 from www.bookmycombos.com. i received some fake product (China made). On website, they say free replacement and all but when i tried contacting them, number and mail id was found invalid. I want a solution to this immediately. I don't want this product at all. Please let me have my money back. I tried calling the delivery group (Bluedart), but they say they cannot disclose sender information. I'm stuck. I am attaching a screenshot of the website and the product i ordered. Please do the necessary. Thank you
