Today, I got delivery of that product from your vendor, and they asked me to pay again for that product as I supposed to book it on COD (cash-on-delivery). Kindly enquire your vendor’s statement and sort out this payment issue as soon as early possible. The reference screenshots have been enclosed along this mail. For your information, you have likely assured me to deliver this product on or before 18-June-2015. Yet the delivery has been delayed by four days. Your early response is solicited
