I got a damaged piece of Mi 10400mah power bank which i ordered from bookmyoffer.com .The case of it was broken and the power button was not working.No effect of charging it and there was a cracking sound when we shake it.Its totally damaged product and i demand return of product and refund of money.I tried calling customer care but no response and no reply to mails. Its really annoying. I want to return the product and get money back Was this information helpful? | |
