Bookmyoffer.com — Defect item delivered and now not responding

I ordered on power bank. They delivered defected item. So i tried to there customer care number but that number is dummy. It drops call in only 30-40 second without connecting customer care executive. I sent Email. They sent me reply that there customer care executive will contact me in 24-48 hour but its now 12 day. I sent them 3 more mail and registered one more complain but they are not responding me.
