I ordered samsung company power bank of 16800 mah with gurgaon based online ecommerce company book my offer.
The product delivers on time but when i see product it was totally fake and when i called helpline no. Provided on companies site there was not any response the no. Was itself fake i too mailed company for the same issue not a single time the product has worked properly this is fraud and my money and time both wasted too much behind this . Justice need to be come against such fraud online fake sites.

this Item is totally fake and totally Dead its not working from Day 1
trying to contact customer care is not responding
also write a mail but there is no respond from your team
