Hello, Complaint Description: I had ordered a Mi10400 mAh power bank from www.bookmyoffer.com on Order Date - 27.08.2015 14:42 with Order Confirmation Number: [protected]. product delivered to me on 1st sept 2015, which is a faulty one. When I tried to contact their customer care helpline no(+91-[protected]), and mail id ([protected]@bookmyoffer.com) not getting any response from their side.
