Bookmyoffer.com — item not delivered

My order no is [protected], which I ordered on 06.06.2015 but still didn't recd the item, I already paid the price by debit card. I tried to called them at given customer care no, but nobody responded. I mailed too 03 times but there is no rresponse. please help me out.
