I purchased a mi power bank of 10400 mah from bookmyoffer website and in invoice also its written branded mi power bank but its not a mi power bank.I want to return it. Because of the power bank's capacity is too low. After full charge it is giving only 35-45 % charge to my phone and became shutdown. Therefore I request you to take necessary action within 2-3 days or else I will appeal a case in consumer forum as the item in bill and the items you delivered are not as specified.
