Bookmyoffer.com — non delivery of booked item on bookmyoffer.com vide order no.[protected] on dated 25/05/2015

Sir, I have booked an order of amount Rs.520/- for power bank on dated 25/05/2015 vide order no. [protected] on bookmyoffer.com .It was clearly mentioned by the service provider (Bookmyoffer.com) that item will shipped in 03-05 days and after that item will be delivered in 03 days but the item has not received till date(.) I have mailed to the service provider 04 times about the same but they did not reply. I also tried to make contact on their contact number [protected] but call was not going through. therefore it is requested that a needful action may kindly be taken against service provider so that my amount of Rs.520/- will be refunded to me. I shall be highly obliged to your this act of kindness.
