iam writing to [protected]@bookmyoffer.com from day one regarding my order number [protected], the product which i supposed to receive was Samsung power bank 16800 mah, but on opening the box it is of MI brand and which is not at all working. Please help if this can be replace by my actual order item or let me know the refund process.

Till date there is no response on my mail also when iam calling customer care that never connect.
