I had ordered a sony power bank from Saturday Sunday Media Internet Pvt Ltd, that is WWW.bookmyoffer.com. The product was delivered to me on 6-april-2016 and i found the product was not working. I tried calling on the call centre number but no body responded to the calls. I sent mail to their email id on 8-april -2016 [protected]@bookmyoffer.com. On 09-april-2016 i called up again and a lady picked up the but her response was not in proper manner. She was not ready to talk to me also. After taking the order number suddenly checked in and system and did not respond properly and told me if you have a sent a mail the back end team will reply back to you. The Company is doing fraudulent to the customer, better take action immediately on this Company. My order no. [protected]-1. I have paid Rs. 724/- by cash at the time of delivery. Kindly help getting back the good product or money mohana chary.

I have purchased Samsung power bank 16800 mAh with led light through online and received on 28 march 2016. After received I have checked, but power bank not working. You are request return the said item and replace the same at the earliest.

Faulty Product | No Response

I ordered Power Bank from BookMyOffer and received a not working device.
Its also looks like 2nd hand.
I raised complaint 3 days back no one is responding on that.
Also I tried many times to connect to customer care but it got disconnected.
