[Resolved] Bookmyoffer.com — Ray ban aviator goggles - return request not processed | |||||
I have ordered Rayban Aviator Goggles from Bookmyoffer.com on 2nd Feb 2016 with order no. [protected], the same got delivered on 5th Feb 2016. I did not like the product quality as it seems like a duplicate product and also the product model is not the same which I have seen in website while ordering, so I have requested them through mail to arrange a return immediately. But till now they have not processed my request and when I am trying to reach their customer care no.+91-[protected] over phone, I am not getting any response. They have replied to my mail on 22nd Feb saying that my request has been transferred to concern department and they resolve the issue but after that I have not received any reply from them.
