Bookmyoffer.com — received fake and damaged product

my order no [protected] i recieved damaged product as well as fake product..i tried contracting customer support but the no mentioned in bill for customer support is also false..As I checked in website that maximum complain was for same this product, i.e. Mi 10400 power bank and they have resolved none.site is fooling publc... I want my full refund of rs 580..kindly take some action.. And teach these frauds something...waiting for your response
