Exact same thing happened to me. Very angry with their pathetic service. Their customer care numbers are non contactable and they don't responds on emails.

I have ordered Samsung power bank(power bank 204000) from bookmyoffer.com and defected material received, I try to replace my order online and also on telephonic conversation but i didn't get any response.My order reference no is [protected]Return or replace product
I ordered one power bank from book my offer. When i got this product it is used and non-working. I complaint them but they not respond me. I try to call on them customer care but the number is not working which they provide on them side. The number is fake. I want to return this product and my money back.My order number is [protected].
