I purchesed samasung power bank 16800 mah worth of rs.848 is a duplicate product and also used product. So replace with this cash or other wise ill go consumer court my order refrense number is [protected] my date is 28/3/2016 time 7.16 pm they dint attend my phone calls also it fully damaged we cant use the product .So kindly replace the product with cash it just fully fake product and broken .Cant able to use i have calling to custmer care of bookmyoffer for 8 hours they dint attend the call i want to replace this with cash or other wise will go to consumer court.My mobile no is [protected].
