Hello I purchased online shoes from bookmyoffer. On 18-9-16 i received and i opened in front of delivery boy. I show him that product is damaged. But he said i am just delivery boy. Pick up team is different. So i trust this company and pay him 1149/- for my order. Same day i mail to this company and they ask for the snapshots of the product. I sent them and i got this reply as under. "dear sir/madam Greeting of the day!!! We would like to inform you that we have forwarded your product images to concern team and as per their feedback that there is no damage in product, so we are not able to help you in this issue.
