Sir, I booked a Samsung 16500mAh powerbank on bookmyoffer.com, but the product is defective and duplicate, I'm sure it is not a genuine Samsung product, not able to charge my phone atleast upto 20%. I'm an iit madras student, booking number is (reference no) [protected], I received the product via Ecom corrier. Please help me to return this product and refund
