I ordered sandisk 64 &128 GB memory cards but delivered product is of Samsung. The memory cards are offering speed max UpTo 1mBps.
I am very unsatisfied with the product and want to replace or return it.
Earlier they showed products with least information available about the memory card, so I had to search it on internet for specifications of the product. After having the order done and delivered, the product delivered camed out to be something else.
I had ordered sandisk 64 GB &128 GB memory cards of 80mbps but the product was Samsung 64 & 128gb memory card of only 45 Mbps out of which both the cards are not working properly.The product was opened in front of the delivery boy . The issue was raised in front of him but he said that he can't do anything.. advised us to complain about the products. Now when I called the customer care helpline the number was unavailable and so my complaint was not registered . so I had to type this complain in the mail. As the invoice is having is having SanDisk printed up on it so I can't even complain it to the Samsung warranty with the warranty card as there is no in voice of the Samsung cards. Due to the mismatch of names on invoice and the product I can't even complain about the product and zuf make it repaired on the products customer Centre. My order number is[protected]. Please reply as quick as possible to help us out. And replace my product as soon as possible otherwise I'm gonna Complaints in the consumer forum.
