Hi Sir.

I purchased Samsung Power Bank 25000 mah but I received a local and defective power bank with scrached mah value. the packing was also not good, when i opened the seal of the box the charger was not packed properly as if its has been used by some one before delivery.
The picture what i have seen on the site which is totally different when compared to the one which i have received.I have paid 848 rupees for this product.So kindly help me in getting back my money or original power bank with 25000 mah in exchange of received local power bank.Otherwise I will be forced to take legal action against the company.
