I received the Power Bank from Bookmyoffer bearing no: [protected], received it on : 27 May'15, Item description: Mi 10400 mAh Power Bank. The product was in damaged condition. I also had attached the snap shots, as I informed to do so. And also the next day received the Complaint Number, which promised the product would be replaced within minimum delivery period, but till date no one from Bookmyoffer called nor has come to pick the product.
