Bookmyoffer — product is not delivered after payment through debit card

Don't trust http://www.bookmyoffer.com . I have ordered for a memory card and head set (combo ) on this website it said that product will be shipped on 10th May. It's been a week after that I still haven't got that product delivered. The worst part is that I have paid the cash through my debit card. Now I lost my money and haven't got the product. Please ban this website before they cheat more people and refund my money.
