Dear sir/mam,

I had ordered a samsung 16800 mah power bank but i received samsung 20800 mah power bank. I received 06-june -2016
This power bank battery back-up is 1800 mah.
Customer care does not help, they say that we have to email them and they will revert in 5 to 7 days and no refund. This is ridiculous.
My order date was order: [protected], order date: 01.06.2016 20:39, payment mode:- cash on delivery
Please find attachment &replace this.
