I have ordered 10400 mah Power bank of mi make, but i received Second hand, power bank not working more than 5 minutes and third class condition power bank .

Please, return my money.I will complaint in police station about that fraud case.
if you are unable to given discount on products, so why are you show these discounts.
i think, after open parcel and check condition, then given the Money of cash on Delivery(COD)

usne sirf account no. liya . na to usne name pucha account holderka or na hi koi complaint number mila jisse m track kar saku k mere paise aye ya process mein hai.

he also told me if you get money back in 15min, so give me your 16 digit no + expiry date + cvv no.
i asked about to PNB customer service, mam can i give him detail of card, she totally refused and told me shayad vo fraud b kar sakta hai.

please, help me how can i get back money.

Bookmyoffer company not take serious about the complaint.
I am calling those person who contact me buy his nunmber going not reacable or not pickup the phone.

I am calling on customer care number, after compturized talking and transfer to the customer executive but they do not pick the phone and cut it.

It shows toll free number but it is chargable.

Please give me the solution.
