[Resolved] Bookmyoffer — Selling fake products

I ordered 20000mah samsung powerbank
from bookmyoffer and I got the product that has no instruction book . When i try to connect the phone after charging, it got discharged in 2 mins. I called up customer care but could not get hold of them as it get disconnected everytime. Raise a written complaint on their site but no response. Looks like they are fraud people and just collecting money by selling fake products. Please take strict action against these companies. These type of companies representative should be behind bars.

Haven't got any reply back..its going to be 2 months and that non-working product is still with me. Could you please let me know if there is any other medium through I can register the complaint against this company.
