I have ordered 2 books from site called booksbunny ( https://www.booksbunny.in/) on 14 may 2024 and i received my ordered on 19 may 2024 but the books were printed really bad like pages were miss printed and lines were mixed, and some pages were blank, so acc to there return policies are accepted within the time line of 3 days, so i ask them for the procedure of returning item via whatsapp number(+[protected] provided on there websites and via mail. But now they are not responding, its not like number id not active, like before receiving ordered i talked them, but now they are not responding. i have paid the payment via UPI, please look into the matter.
