Bookthecart.com — I'm complaining about defective product.

I bought 2 memory cards from bookthecart.com. I received defective and low grade products. I asked for return to them. They mailed me that thier executive will come and pickup the products. But no one came. No reply for my mails and phone is switched off. Now the website is also not opening. Please help me in this regard.

I got a call from a women saying that she is calling from bookthecart.com. she is asking my visa card number to transfer money. please book a complaint on them.
