Bookthecart.com — Send defective product and also not giving refund | |||||
Sir I purchase a memory card from bookthecart.com on 1-4-2016 order number is[protected] but after delivery when I checked the card it is defective when I connected it with my PC then Im unable to copy anything in it .after that I contact to their customer care and they said send us an email with all information and they said I will received refund in 48 hours but almost a week has been passed but I still didn't get refund .every time I call then they said that in next 24 hours I will receive my refund .in this way they r trying to cheat me please take some action against them Was this information helpful? | |||||
