Bookthecart — Defective product delivered and customer care not responding

Sir i purchase two type of memory card 32gb two piece and 16gb of two piece memory card from bookthecart.com on 5-4-2016 order number is [protected] but after delivery when i checked the card it is defective when i connected it with my pc then im unable to copy anything in it .After that i try to contact to customer care but phone is switch off then return through online then an email got for collection the same but almost a week has been passed but i still not taken by authority. In this way they r trying to cheat me please take some action against them
